"I just wanted to write to say thank you. My son, Timothy, was in your office on Monday and you guys took great care of him. He is 6 1/2 hrs away from home attending UNOH and broke his frames. He was frustrated and didn't know what to do. He went to several other businesses in the Lima area and not knowing what to do, he asked me to find him somewhere to fix his glasses. I was able to find your office on the internet and directed him there. Within 1 hour, he was given a new set of frames that fit his lenses and was treated very well. He called me when he received his new frames and could not say enough good things about the staff and service he received.
